'''The Simpsons Sing the Blues''' är det första albumet från Simpsons och gjordes 1990. Albumet innehåller musik enbart inspelat för skivan.

Låten "[[Do the Bartman]]", är det första spåret och finns också som singel i vissa länder. I Storbritannien hamnade singeln på första plats den 16 februari 1991 och fick guldskiva efter två veckor med 400.000 exemplar och samma placering. Albumet kom på bästa plats där på nummer sex. Även "Do the Bartman" var populär på nordamerikanska radio och TV-kanaler, så släpptes den inte där som singel.

Den andra singeln är "[[Deep, Deep Trouble]]" och kom på plats sju i Storbritannien. Både "Do The Bartman" och "Deep, Deep Trouble" släpptes som musikvideo under 1991. Albumet innehåller båda nya låtar och hänvisningar till äldre låtar. I albumet medverkar förutom skådespelarna även andra musiker som BB King, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Dr John och Marcy Levy. Albumet kom som bäst på tredje plats i USA på Billboard 200, i Storbritannien kom albumet som bäst på plats 6.
