Handling

Springfield firar 200 år och i staden anordnas en parad. Homer blir utropare och Lisas gör en uppsats om Jebediah Springfield och upptäcker då att han föddes som piraten, Hans Sprungfeld då hon besöker Springfield History Society men ingen förutom Homer tror henne. Lisa måste nu bevisa att hon har rätt och det blir inte lätt.
